Exchange Policy
1. For Exchange of products you’ll have to mail us on cs@esalesoffer.com, regarding the issue.
2. Exchange is subject to availability of the item you are requesting for.
3. Only Size or Color exchanges are allowed and not applicable for replacement with different product.
4. Shipping charges will be depended on the item you are requesting for.
5. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
6. If The Price of the product you return is less than the product you get in exchange, then you’ll have to pay for the difference and vice versa.
7. The returned product(s) for exchange will be subject to our Return Policy, If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.
8. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
9. Once the returned product has reached and it is fully inspected to be free from any issues, then only the product in exchange will be dispatched from us within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) following the term mentioned above.
The Precess of Return / Exchange :
1. Send an email at cs@esalesoffer.com with the following details:
     Do you want to return or exchange mention it in subject,
     Your Order Number,
     The Product Name, you want to return or exchange
     The Date before which product needs to be dispatched and
     Your Bank Details where you want us to refund the amount (for return only). Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
2. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
3. If you self-ship your returns once you ship the product to our mailing address mentioned and send us an email to cs@esalesoffer.com with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
4. (In case of Return & Refund)Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund will appear in your bank account in about 3-5 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.
5. (In case of Exchange)Once the returned product has reached and it is fully inspected to be free from any issues, then only the product in exchange will be dispatched from us within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) following the term mentioned above.
